We offer a Full Money Back Guarantee on all of our programmes if you have not seen improvements in your body composition, fitness, energy levels and motivation.
To claim this guarantee you must meet all of the criteria below:
- Completed a minimum of 12-weeks of training.
- A 80% (or above) training session attendance (based on a minimum of 3 sessions per week) over the last 12 weeks which has been recorded within our booking system.
- Submitted weekly nutrition and lifestyle diaries over the last 12-weeks with full compliance to your programme.
- Implemented and documented any week to week changes or adjustments to your programme which have been advised by your coach.
Refunds & Cancellation
In compliance with UK Consumer Regulations for products and services purchased over the phone or online, you may cancel your order or subscription within 14 days of placing your order.
In the case of commencing training at your request, within 14 days of your order you will be deemed to have benefited from our services. If you decide to cancel within the 14 days statutory period after placing your order the value of such services will be deducted from any refund issued at a rate £30 per week or part there of.
For products and services transacted in person, at our place of business you may cancel your order or subscription within 48 hours and receive a full refund provided the delivery of the service has not commenced. In the case of the commencement of services within 48 hours of placing your order, a deduction of £30 will be charged. Refunds and cancellations are nor eligible beyond 48 hours for orders made in person at our place of business.
Making payment is deemed sufficient intent for placing an order, entering into an agreement for services and agreeing to the terms regardless of whether a signed agreement has or has not been completed.
