Body Transform Fitness understands that personal circumstances may change and as has a fair and reasonable cancellation policy.
Cancellation due to medical reasons
If you are unable to train long term due to sickness, injury or pregnancy you may be eligible to cancel any future payments due on your account.
In such cases, a medical letter will be required from your GP or midwife stating that you are unable to participate in exercise for medical reasons.
Cancellation due to relocation
If you are unable to continue to train with BTF due to relocation of residence outside a 15 mile radius of our training location you may be eligible to cancel any future payments due on your account.
In such cases a utility or council tax bill in your name at your new address should be provided when submitting your cancellation request.
Cancellation due to redundancy / substantial drop in personal income
If you are unable to continue to train with BTF due to redundancy or substantial drop in your personal income you may be eligible to cancel any future payments due on your agreement.
In such cases a letter of confirmation will be required from your employer or if you are self-employed, your accountant confirming your redundancy or substantial drop in income.
For all change of circumstances cancellation requests, 30 days written notice and supporting evidence must be provided. The notice period will commence upon confirmation that your cancellation request and supporting evidence has been accepted.
Any scheduled payments due during the notice period will be due as normal.
Cancellation for Any Other Reason
You may cancel your membership at anytime subject to paying off the remainder of you agreed minimum term agreement in full minus a 10% discount for early repayment.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any periods of unused training.
All cancellations are subject to a £30 administration fee.
Body Transform Fitness reserves the right to terminate a clients membership immediately without giving a reason. I such cases a pro-rata refund will be issued and the client will no longer be able to attend training or involvement with BTF activities.
